Digital voice availability

I have had fttp since April 21 . I live in a priority exchange area with a stop sell introduced in October 21.Why is it when I call bt customer services asking if I can upgrade to digital voice I am told it’s not available in my area. I have found this page on the bt web site which was updated 13/1/22 stating it is available across the Uk and available on request .I post the link https://www.bt.com/bt-plc/assets/documents/digital-services-lab/bt-consumer-all-ip-digital-voice-faq... any comments or help please?

Try phoning FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and see if they can help with digital voice
