Digital voice
I have been having huge problems with digital voice and have had two engineers at home. Numerous telephone conversations with advisors haven't resolved anything. The phone is temperamental and, if itactually rings, calls just drop off. It then says something like searching for hub. It then says synchronising handset. I have had voicemails left when I have been home and the phone definitely hasn't rung. Currently the phone says no link to the hub. There is no dialling tone. When I tracked the fault BT have it marked as resolved. This has been going on since 5th August and I am now reaching the end of my tether.
