Digital voice

Go to solution

Installed Smart Hub 2 & DV Adapter - all ok but:

Adapter doesn't go to solid green when paired, is this faulty or can only be solid once I'm switched to DV?

Set up refers to base pin default 000. I haven't changed this as I cannot see it on my Hub Manager. The only option seen is to change admin password - where is the option to change this 4 digit base code?

Thanks Ray

normally the adapter does not pair until DV is active on SH2  you can check by going to hub manager and should see phone number and whether active or not

DECT base PINs are usually set from a handset paired to that base, in this case the SH2. If you don't have a BT DV handset paired then I'd suspect it can't be changed.

Which second question would that be? Both questions have been answered.

Re: Digital voice

Afraid not beyond what @imjolly has already posted. But maybe try it in the same room as the SH2, just to rule out a range issue.
