Engineer visit

I booked engineer visit for 8am-1pm today to fix my “dead” phone line. I received confirmation email. Unfortunately I accidentally deleted this email so have no knowledge of ref number.  I’ve had no contact re this visit and it’s nearly 1pm.  I can’t find details about this visit on “My BT” account page. I am deaf and cannot speak on phone (I use Text Relay and need the phone line to be working). Can anyone please advise me. Thanks

The online booking didn't work first time, called BT and they booked new date - engineer came. (Sorry I didn't see this as I'm new on this community page)
