Hi everyone. Just joined BT from another provider and we asked if we could keep the same telephone number. We were told that we would be getting a new number but installation is on Monday and we have still not received any information as our telephone number. Can we assume therefore that we are keeping our telephone number? Sorry to be a pain but I have to notify the hospital as I am due for an Op.

If we told you that you would be getting a new phone number we generally let you know what the new telephone number is on the day that your services go active. You should receive an email on Monday with the new number. However, you might be able to see it now if you go to BT Orders and log into your MyBT. Click on your order and then click on "View your order summary". On your order is may show a landline section and state the number. Let me know if you see it there.
