Since 3rd December I've been unable to receive calls from Sky network mobiles or landlines. 2 engineers have said no fault on the line or with the equipment and suggested a porting issue.
I've been with BT over a year with no issue and they say it isn't a porting issue but they can't say what's wrong and just passed from one person to the next.

Sorry you're having problems with the incoming call. Can you just confirm if you're on our full fibre with digital voice service?

I am not able to receive calls from any sky mobile we have 4 phones all with sky and they will not ring the landline please can someone help thank you

I've been told that Sky no longer have my landline number on their system which is why I got the message saying it doesn't exist when trying to call it.
BT have now given me a new landline number which I can ring from my Sky mobile. Probably need to do the same for you. Took them 63 days and 5 engineer visits to come up with this solution.
