Lied to by BT staff, and when i complain , they close complaint without doing a thing

That is a major problem for me tho the hub is upstairs and my mother who is bed bound and 83 with serious health problems sleeps downstairs so would not be able to get to the phone and as we have drs and hospitals phoning at same time it is imperative for her to have phone as well, so way this is going well have been really sold a damp squid here and if anything happens to her because of all the problems we will be having with DV then BT will be cause of it and I will take them to court
