We've had our 3 BT Digital Voice Phones since March 2022. We've had loads of issues with these phones intermittently not working every 3-4 months. But generally we've been able to reboot the whole system by resetting each phone back to factory settings. Yesterday I was dialling a friend's phone and she was dialling me at exactly the same time and from that point on none of our phones will work - no dial tone, cannot receive incoming calls as the phones do not ring or make outgoing calls. We've disconnected the base units and reset all the phones back to factory settings and still can't get anything to work. Any ideas?

It sounds like you have already tried the basic steps so if that hasn't done the trick, it is worth taking a look at the steps on our Digital Voice help page.
If you still aren't able to get it working, there is an option to report a fault or get in touch with our tech guides so they can help.
