No Dialing Tone

Hi,

I realised last week that I have no Dialing Tone on my phone (pre storm!). 

Had a text message saying ;

Hello, BT here. Your broadband and Digital Voice services are ready to use. You can now plug your existing phone into the back of your Hub and unplug any old phones from the phone socket. It could take up to three days for your broadband to reach full speed. In the meantime, you can get started by following the steps at bt.com/newtobt If you want to personalise your Digital Voice, go to bt.com/get-started. 

I've looked and can't connect into the back of my router?? 

 

Seems there's been some sort of upgrade? 

 

Any suggestions gratefully received!

do you have the SH2?  if so you need to remove the sticker on back of hub and you should then be able to connect your phone and make calls.  once you have digital voice then the previous phone sockets will not work for calls
