Not configured digital voice


Hi my parents got set up with the essentials package on August 22nd and the phone hasn't been working since I've been in contact about 50 times and the issue still remains I've got into the router settings and it says phone not configured so the engineer that called said it needs activating on bt side but its still not fixed its getting to a point now I just want the whole thing cancelled what else can be done sorry for the long rant
