Not working

Now not working when was previously alright 

I have reset everything and also replaced batteries 

On the smart hub manager it says not activated 

the broadband is fine I have run the tests 

my phone is down as a emergency telephone number and need this working asap 

any advice please

Your only option is to call BT

Hi @Mands1st.

Thanks for coming to the Community and for letting us know what you've already tried.

I know it's important to have your phone working, especially if it’s an emergency contact.

As @licquorice mentioned, it would be best to speak with our team, who will be able to look into this further and help get this sorted.

Thank you the by team where really helpful it has now been sorted it had to be re-activated  there end
