Number not recognised

Was moved to Digital Voice, then upgraded to full fibre. Since then (January 2022) my phone can make calls, but my phone number is not recognised and cannot receive any calls. I have spent many hours on the phone and it appears all is set up ok, but despite this still not recognised. I was told probably a porting issue but no one seems to know how to resolve this. I cannot divert my calls as my number is not recognised and have missed some hospital appointments now. I really need this sorting . Any help please

Re: Number not recognised

Yes I have phoned them several times, they kept reporting it’s fixed when it’s not. Very frustrating

Managed to get someone with a landline to call and it worked, so it appears it in only Mobil’s that get the number us not recognised.

Re: Number not recognised

Hi @Domgod welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you've had problems receiving calls since moving to digital voice. That does sound like a number porting issue if it's only affecting mobiles that call your number, these can be tricky to get sorted and I'm sorry the helpdesk hasn't been able to fix this for you.

I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to get that looked into.

Thanks

Neil
