and finally to @imjolly for removing my original post to a new thread - please explain clearly to me why you should have done this when I had deliberately posted on the original thread - this is and was all on the same and original topic of BT digital voice - I need to understand why you (@imjolly) can just do this without enquiring of me - this is unjust and takes away from the clarity and subject of the original thread - I remain very unhappy with his

Re: Appalling Bullying Behaviour

@45SM

As I said I moved your long detailed post to your own thread so replies to your problem do not get mixed up with replies to the poster of the original thread who is currently waiting on openreach who hopefully will solve the problem.  Once contacted by ELC on Monday then you can update your thread again avoiding confusing with previous poster of original thread.

My sole intention was to ensure your post received the attention  to speed up a solution

Re: Appalling Bullying Behaviour

I don't think there's any need for you to post at all. Wait until you're on the receiving end of the threatening, bullying emails and letters and either trying to look after an elderly relative or are that elderly person. I was always brought up that if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all. Useful advice I'd say as you are not in the situation and have zero idea of it.

you have no idea of my circumstances or whether I do or have looked after an elderly relative or whether I am that elderly person.  The one thing I am certain about is that if your father is 89 I am certainly older than you.

I would add that I was one of the posters who told you to contact consumer resolutions and get help from  ELC which seems to have helped as you now have openreach coming to try and help your father
