i have the same issue - and now on digital voice.. my alarm dialer system now doesn't work and when the alarm goes off it simply trips the broadband to error mode
so help, insights appreciated.
the alarm company will have to be called otherwise and that's going to cost...

It's a problem for your alarm company to solve.
Have you plugged the alarm unit into the phone socket on the back of the Smart Hub 2?
It will no longer work if its still connected to your phone line.

sadly it is a bit more complicated than that as it is wired into the back of the bt comms box I believe. so I think is beyond my engineering skills !
Then only your alarm company can sort this out, they should have been well informed about this type of issue.
