I'm also having exactly the same problem. As a BT business customer we renewed and upgraded to a full fibre system and since it was installed on the 19th December I have not had one inbound call.
Please help! We are a small business and have had no new business for 6 weeks. Countless telephone calls with all the departments blaming each other
We have had this number 19 years with the last two being with BT... I don't understand how this can happen?
PLEASE HELP!!!

As you are a business user, please could you post on the BT Business forum at http://business.forums.bt.com/
Bear in mind that you would no longer receive calls on your old copper line, as you would have been moved over to Cloud Voice, but I am sure you are already aware of that. Hopefully one of the BT Business forum team can help.
