I have just transferred my services over from landline to digital and have been sent a Digital Voice Adapter to enable me to connect my telephone to the service.
I have followed all the instructions on the leaflet a few times and even unplugged it, rebooted my router and started the process over but the adapter is still flashing green and not a solid light. Searched the forum already for ideas and searched for ideas on the internet.
I am not a technical person and do not have a clue what to try next.
I'd really welcome some advice (in laymans terms) re. what I may be doing incorrectly.

Are you sure Digital Voice has been activated? Does your phone number show in the hub manager or does it say not configured?
Your adapter wont pair until DV is activated. You need to chase customer services.
