Re Digital Voice

Go to solution

If I was to cancel my landline phone do I still keep my Broadband connection?

I am considering ditching my landline as I hardly ever make calls. I also only rarely receive calls except for very few people. In fact I get more nuisance calls than anything else!!

Can anyone tell me how much I would save by ditching the landline?

I await any responses with great interest.

if you cancel the ability to make/receive calls then that will cancel existing broadband and phone contract and then you will need to start a new broadband only contract  the saving dropping phone capabilities will be about £2/5 per month

If you cancel your "landline" you will cease your broadband, as the "landline" is needed to carry broadband.

You can start a new "broadband only" contract, which would only save you about £3-5 a month. You would lose the ability to make and receive phone calls.
