The question was what is the status of the PON light on your ONT ?

I am in same position been 22 days & getting no where. Have you got it working now & if so what was the problem.

No , 9 weeks without DV working . Just recieved and set up a new hub but no change discernible .
Is DV sorted yet, as I am still in same position after 23 days. Just been told they are sending me a new hub.
YES , hallelujah , with a new hub , configuration for DV phone seemed to follow quickly and we were reconnected on the 10th april . Still no idea what the delay was though .
