Is it possible to return these if you don't use them, BEFORE your contract is up? I was sent both, but don't use either as the Hub just caused no end of issues with various WiFi devices not being able to see each other, even with the update applied, the lack ability to split the bands really just rendered it useless. As I don't use digital voice either (waste of a number), rather than gathering dust on a shelf can they be sent back to BT and the number given to someone who might actually want to use it? I'll have to return them when the contract ends anyway, so they may as well go back now.

Hi @SRB, thanks for your post, and if you're not going to be using Digital Voice and the Smart Hub2.
Are you using another BT Hub or have one available just in case you develop a fault with your connection we would ask that you connect the BT Hub so we can check the logs?
I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team to arrange the return of any unused equipment.
