Smart divert on digital voice
I used to have remote call diversion/ smart divert on my copper line, now I've gone to fibre digital voice I've only got call divert, ie I have to use the landline handset to divert. What are my options?

As far as I am aware, BT never had an option to setup divert on a residential account, it always had to be done from the line itself, for security reasons.
BT Business offer it https://business.bt.com/help/article/phone-line-and-services/call-diversion/i-have-smart-divert-how-...

I had to pay for a BT line alongside my res one to get this facility, BT won't put itself out
