I used to have remote call diversion/ smart divert on my copper line, now I've gone to fibre digital voice I've only got call divert, ie I have to use the landline handset to divert. What are my options?
As far as I am aware, BT never had an option to setup divert on a residential account, it always had to be done from the line itself, for security reasons.
