I have a pair of BT Premium cordless phones which worked very well until we switched to fibre and got a Smarthub 2. When I plug the base unit into the rear of the hub all works well for a few days. Incoming calls ring on both phones as well as the new Digital Voice phone. Then they stop working and only the DV phone works. Occasionally they emit a very loud noise, almost like a siren. If I unplug them from the hub, wait a bit, then plug them back in they work again for a day or two before ceasing to do so.
Any suggestions what may be the cause and can it be overcome?

Out of interest, have you tried pairing them with the Smart Hub - I know it has it's own BT version of DECT, but might well work with those as they are also BT phones. Worth a try.
