My elderly parents have had an ongoing fault on their phone line since May. Numerous engineers have visited. Welfare team were contacting me daily but have made no calls now for 2 days. Have spent over 60 hours talking to BT.
Parents have had front garden all dug up by Openreach, a big hole dug in the pavement, a new line, 14 engineers and still no resolution
Not sure how to get hold of the Welfare Cardiff team who were dealing with it.
