In voicemail, how do you unblock a number which has been blocked by mistake?

Landline, iPhone, Android ?

On Android you do it from your contacts list

For landline log into My BT > Your Products > Your Security > Your Blacklist > Manage > Edit > Remove from Blocklist

Re: voicemail callprotect

Thank you, but when I click on  your security, I do not get a menu item "your blacklist".

Re: voicemail callprotect

Your Security > Call Protect > Manage > Your Blacklist > Manage

Sorry.  It's a bit more complicated but I hope that this helps.

Re: voicemail callprotect

Hi, @sonofrobin it sounds like you might be logged in with a BT ID that does not have account holder status.

Log in to MyBT in a web browser. Click on Your details then Account. Scroll down and you'll see if you're an Account holder or Account manager.

If it shows Account manager click on I should be the Account holder link and follow the steps.
