Re: BT Hub M

Accept what there is nothing there to accept I have been through all the options BT tech support offered they do not accept there is a change in the Hub protocol/ firmware that would cause the rejection of my link and finally as I said earlier suggested it was an Apple problem despite the fact I had been using this I pad  perfectly well until a week or two ago. They hard reset the hub refreshed the hub I switched the I pad off and on. Have had enough now no solution.

Click on the link I posted and when your browser complains about the certificate just accept the warning and continue.

Re: BT Hub M

If it's an Apple device, I take it you're using Safari as your browser?  In which case, it's click on "Show Details" and then click "Visit this website".  You'll need to confirm by clicking "Visit Website".

This is just Safari being over cautious and warning you that, because the connection is not encrypted, it is just possible that someone may be listening in or impersonating the website.  Of course, as you're connecting to your own router inside your own network you know it's not fake and so it is safe to ignore the warning and proceed.

Re: BT Hub M

Yes it is Safari and yes I am not concerned other than not being able to access the hub, there are numerous devices in my house and being able to monitor performance without contacting BT was easy now impossible.
