Until recently I had the following set up which all worked fine; Halo 3, BT Smart Hub 2 and a Wifi Black Disk Connector
I have recently changed to Fibre 2, which works fine with the SmartHub 2, but I cannot get my Disk Wifi Extender stay connected after I have acheived a blue light connection using an ethernet cable.
Any help gratefully received!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community.
I have a similar issue with my Complete Wifi setup at home. I managed to fix the issue with a factory reset of the hub.
Have you tried factory resetting your hub and setting up the black disk again?
