Connecting

Dear All

I recently upgraded to Fibre Broadband. Today the signal from my router to my mobile phone dropped out. I used the password I always use to reconnect to my BT Smarthub 6 router but it didn't work. Would the upgrade have changed the password in any way.

No, it wouldn't have changed the password.

Try a factory reset of the hub.
