Connection issues

Hi looking for help set up my new fibre broadband on Monday all was working fine until this morning when I noticed I had no WiFi. Went to the router and its flickering green disconnected and reset and was still the same. Have done a test through bt app and it says poor connection and have run through there suggestions which is still the same. I have booked an engineer but just wondered if there was something maybe im missing or if its faulty equipment thanks

Try a factory reset of the hub. Press the recessed button at the rear of the hub for about 20 seconds.

Flashing green is the hub booting up. If the reset doesn't work, it would indicate the hub is borked.
