Since upgrading to BT Halo 3 the system constantly drops out and to fix the issue we have to turn Hub off and on again to reset the system. This did not happen with the previous Hub and it happens two to three times a day. BT only ever say there is no broadband issue and offer to send a new Hub. Didn’t make any difference. If anyone can help or has experienced the same problem please can they share comments or suggestions. Thank you.
What else has changed? Halo 3 is only a package of benefits that has nothing to do with the core service. So did you change the core service also?
Why do you believe there's a DNS issue?
Have you tried going back to the old Hub to see if the issue goes away?
Thanks. BT requested the return of the old hub. Nothing changed as far as I know and when the internet goes down this is the message.

What Halo options do you have, Complete Wifi, Hybrid Connect or both?
