Eero network slow with BT 500m fibre

In advanced wireless settings there is a Disabled (sic) all wireless toggle near the top of the screen.

So, I'm still struggling with the same issues after disabling both wifi frequencies and WiFi completely in advance settings.

So I looked to remove the BT hub and use my eero as the main router, but I don't seem to be able to set it to pppoe as previously suggested despite my app being the latest version.

I have the original eeros, so I'm wondering if they're not capable of acting as the primary router???

Any ideas?

As the problem appears to be with the eero, you would be better asking on the eero forum if there is one.
