Fibre 100

Hi All, Looking for guidance in relation to Full Fibre 100.

Late last year I renewed my contract. although installation did not take place until end January.  I was advised I would be 'converted' to to 'Digital Voice'  due to changes in telephony etc.  Having had the phones changed and new router installed, I am finding the speeds are considerably less than the previous installation.

Having spoken with tech services, they say it may be a problem with the router, since it is nowhere near the desktop PC, which is on another floor. incidentally NOT my decision as to the location of the router.

Does anyone know if there are tests or solutions to overcome the slow running.  Sometimes suspect the PC may be objecting to change, but I am not sufficiently tech savvy to venture into the workings.

Be interested in any observations.
