Our website appears to be blocked by BT - we think it may have been miscategorised, can you help?
We emailed saferbrowsing@bt.com almost a month ago and have not heard anything
It clears all the McAfee and Sucuri tests
Can you let us have an idea as to how long this matter will take to recitify?

Hi, @rasson welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I've highlighted your post to the safer browsing team and asked them to help. They're normally able to resolve these issues quite quickly if the site has been miscategorised.

Hi, @rasson great, I'm glad it's working now.
I've been advised that the safer browsing team received an email yesterday afternoon and had the categorisation issue corrected within 10 mins. They also replied to the email to provide an update.
Unfortunately, they couldn't see any reports from a month ago.
