I'm connecting to my website - I asked my hosting company to test the connection, it's all fine. I also tested this using my phone as a hotspot - all fine. The only thing which doesn't work is going via the BT network.

Thanks - I tried the test servers and one of them works. This is puzzling. As I said earlier, my connect using my iPhone as a hotspot works, but using the BT network doesn't. Which is now confused by this test server working.
I tried a Traceroute, results below, it never seems to reach the server. The server is up and active with multiple websites running on it and responding to that IP address.

I'm also investigating if this is caused by using MacOS Ventura, some people have had problems with SFTP.
Yet I can access the site by using my iPhone rather than the router. It's very odd.
It's magically started working again. Very weird.
My final conclusion is that MacOS Ventura might be at fault, I added two lines (below) to the SSH config file. But that doesn't explain why it worked via my iPhone. The macOS app 'Transmit' is working fine now, using SSH keys instead of a password.
Hi @hodgsonb11 .
Thanks for getting back and letting us know you got this sorted. We appreciate the update.
Cheers
David
What are the 2 lines? I can't see them.
