Hi @Kirkpatp   The key for me getting my Teckin smart plugs to connect was to turn off 5GHz and fix the 2.4GHz channel(11) then reboot the SH2. Worked every time.

Hi @SBM_68,

Welcome to the BT Community

To change the channel settings for your router, first load up the admin page by going to 192.168.1.254  Then select Advanced Settings> Wireless and you will need to login with the admin password which is located on the back of your Smart Hub.

Once logged in to this page you will be able to see the options to turn off 5GHz and set your desired channel etc.
