If it is congestion, BT Wholesale should be aware and taking steps to increase capacity but it may not be a quick fix.

Hi and good day.
I tried at 4am testing the speed and it still reached only 147Mbps download.
I guess it is not congestion then.
I run out of ideas but if you have any suggestion kindly let me know.

Hello to everyone.
I made further tests and the speed keeps the 145 mark on average. No matter which hour of the day I test. Is there anything else I need to check.
will a 3rd party modem/router be of any use to reach the 340Mbps speed my my bt home hub is reaching inside?
