The sales person is on commision regardless of whether it involves a move to EE or if you renew or are a new customer to BT.

Had to laugh when the rationale for the decision reverse was revealed...apparently it was confusing the elderly BT faithful...talk about patronising.

Lol no and I have successfully negotiated a deal I was happy with for years. Just repeating what the bt told me.
