Can't Activate Account

I have just subscribed and paid for monthly sports package but I keep getting the message: "You don't have any accounts you can manage This could be because you don't have any accounts associated with your BT ID, or because you don't have an Account owner or Account manager." Any suggestions please? Thanks.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you haven't been able to sign into your BT Sport account. If you send me your details, I'll be able to take a look at this for you.
