I've been trying to cancel my BT Sport monthly pass for a few days and keep getting this error message :
"Something has gone wrong
Sorry, the cancellation has not been successful. Please try again later"
Please can you tell me how to cancel the subscription before the next monthly payment is due on 9 July?
