I bought a monthly pass for BT sport and payment was processed/taken last month. I need to cancel it but keep getting an error message telling me I can't cancel until first payment is processed
Any advice, gratefully received

I have gone ahead and cancelled it all for you. It should have cancelled off beforehand. I am sorry that it wasn't.
The account will close off and a Final Bill will be produced after 8 working days.
