I'm having similar problems. Two accounts found. One is active but won't let me cancel online. I called the 0800 number and after a long call was told it would be cancelled and I would receive an email. Nothing received though and still showing as live. Can you help please?

Hi @amaramar, thanks for getting in touch. Just to confirm there is already an order on to stop the monthly pass on the 1st December from when you called in.
