TNT sports

Need some help setting up tnt sports. I used to have Bt sports but was being charged £25 a month , so I cancelled. My Bt sports app was still working but now it’s updated to tnt sports app. It let me log in to home page but when I try to watch any live sports it takes me to the discovery + app. I have logged into the discovery app with the Same details as the TNT sports app but when I try to watch any sports it tells me to contact my service provider. I have then logged back into Bt page and when I try to activate my account it’s trying to charge me £20 a month. I work for Openreach and other colleges have logged in without any issues. Spoke to a Bt advisor and they have said they can’t deal with me as I need to go through the college products page but there is no link to activate the discovery + app free of charge. It just keeps sending me back to BT home page . Getting no where fast and just going around in circles..HELP.

Yep tried those links but both are saying my email address is not recognised.But when I login into the discovery app my account name is the email I have entered via the links that say it’s not recognised

When you cancelled your TV package last month, it also cancelled Sport. It's no longer possible to get free sport as a colleague, without a TV package. See the colleague products FAQ for details.

So why are other colleagues getting still able to update the Bt sports app to tnt app and using it free of charge??

Because they haven't changed their package. Read the FAQ - it's very clear on all the scenarios.

This was the reason I cancelled because other colleagues had Bt sports free but I was being charged for it. Still can’t understand why other colleagues are getting it free but I have to pay to get the app working on my phone.Used to be a link on the colleague’s benefit’s page that allowed us to have the sports app on your phone free and that has now disappeared.
