I have a starter TV package without Netflix but would like to add it as a monthly rolling subscription, but I do not see it under My BT / TV / Your Products / TV and Sport (Manage). How do I sign up for the rolling subscription (and then cancel it when the time comes)?
And how much does it cost please?

I'm sorry for the problems you're having adding Netflix to your account using your BTID. The process you've followed is the correct one and it should be on there.
