Hi

My Netflix’s account will no longer load. I’ve tried turning everything off and on again but no joy. Any ideas?

Sorry you're having problems with our Now TV. Are you seeing any error messages? Is this a standalone account or part of your subscription?

Thanks David it’s part of my subscription. It worked okay but now it just keeps trying to load but never does even if I leave it for 10 or 15 mins

Sorry for the problems you're having using your Netflix subscription.

Are you having problems watching through the Netflix app on your TV box?  Have you tried resetting the box?  Have a look here:  How do I reset my EE TV box?

Can I ask you to confirm what box you have please?

You'll see the boxes on the link with the instructions you used to reset your box.
