Hello all, looking for some help!
I have a second tv box, its worked fine for 2 weeks then I kept losing the on demand content, usually with a "no broadband connection" even though the connection was fine.
I went through resetting the Broadband box, Tv box and plugs with the ethernet cable, even checking for updates etc.
Now is the weird bit...under apps there's nothing, no error, just a lot of blank boxes but...when i click on them, the players - they work! there are just no icons so i don't know which blank square is which app
Can anyone offer any advice/help please?

Hi @CivvieKK welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry about the problems with your app icons on your BT TV box.
Can you make sure the players and apps software is up to date on your box?
