When I pull an address for a new email from my contact list by starting typing it, it finds the address but when I click on it, the address won't add to the destination box. So I have to enter each character of the whole address myself- time consuming, especially for group emails. Any ideas? Rob
Hi Robe 1 . seems to be only Mozilla firefox thats got that problem at the moment , and I believe it is being looked into , other email sites seem to be working OK , Microsoft Edge , Gmail ,and a few others
Hi Robe1, If you look at Message29, you will find a temporary fix using the 'To' that works, posted byBernard 2.
There are another 14 users on this thread all with the same issue, at least 7 clearly stated it started 3 days after the Firefox 147 update was taken, by that I mean e-mails were sent as normal, from 13th up to the 16th. Most of us are happy to wait for a fix (apart from changing Browser) from the Team.

Since the beginning of the week, I can no longer start typing in an email address for one of my contacts & click on it to complete.
All I get is the red box with whatever characters I type.
This is a pain.
