@Leanne_T Yes, deleting everything seems to have solved it. Are you any closer to solving the fault so it doesn't reoccur?
To clarify, it is the people who receive emails from me who get the big font size. They end up writing back to say they can't read it.

New kid on the BT Community Hub block here. I'm also having this same issue - as others have commented, the large font is only reported on receipt of my emails. I'm on PC, Windows 11 and latest Chrome. From looking at earlier posts on this thread, I will follow advice to clear cache and BT cookies. And if this doesn't work, I'll move away from BT emails. It's just too much hassle otherwise!

I am revisiting this thread as I continue to have this issue occur every so often. Whilst I know what to do to clear it, it is rather annoying to have people I email come back to me saying they can't read my email due to the font being massive.
Mod team - is there any news on a fix?
I've also had a re-occurrence in the last couple of weeks after a long period without anyone telling me that they can't read my email.

Strange - I contacted a BT run helpdesk and got a reply and an email about an update of this large font issue.
It could be xamarin / maui issue and character sets used on some BT run systems.
I use a BT wriiten app that is wriiten using xamarin and now maui.
There is a feedback button which presents a feedback form. I fill the form in. There is a submit button that tries to open the registered mail client.
On the PC, it opens Outlook but this locks up. I cannot find the draft or sent email.
On my Android Smart phone it works.
So I go to the webpage for the service run by BT and fill in the feedback form. I get a reply from the BT run helpdesk and then I also get a message about this big font issue from the BT Community.

When I try and report an issue from the new PC version v8.0.41, it failed to work.

Another feature is that when I try to report feedback, it tries to open feedback, but failes to populate a draft email for me to send.
I use the BT internet Web Client, and the BTinternet App on my smartphone. I do not use outlook to open BTinternet IMAP .
Outlook becomes unresponsive, so I cannot send feedback from the BT app via outlook to the helpdesk.
I used the website's feedback form and got a reply.
Previoulsy, on 25/05/2025, I filled in the form on the Website. My fault report was copied back to me. I replied and got a reply.
At this point the Large font was affecting my emails. It also made it difficult to save emails. I think that there is a multi-byte encoded character that is affecting the BT customer contact system, which is causing a problem with their outgoing email to me.
I got a new version of the App and it still makes MS Outlook unresponsive when I try and send feedback from my Win11 PC. Outlook has not saved a draft or sent email, when it locks up.
