Hi @Manta_Ray I just wanted to reiterate what has been said before that the TR69 logs on your Hub stats shouldn't be a cause for concern, as that's how BT remotely update and manage the firmware.

Thanks NeilO, it's not the TR69 logs as you cleared that up for me. I can't give specific info over the net for obvious reasons.
I may need advice on legalities in time. IE tracing and prosecution of the perpetrators.
