Seems fixed
1- wait for normal update of BT VIRUS Protect on Google Play. Do not run App!
2- go to MYBT app which you will try to sign in as normal - it will say no account registered with this. Wait it will ask you to sign in use BT sign in & BT password, set up pin entry, will run
First set up fingerprint access then select
you products / select Broadband / swipe down to Manage Security Settings / down to BT Virus Protect /manage will logout after you enter BT /password.
Only now go to app may be installed on home page or in app drawer. Blue Shield BT Virus..
Enter BT email / password.
you should be off, but check configuration (can't remember but I think after allowing text messages to be read (and checked for spam) had to hit go back & then continue set up, check configuration. It runs smoothly & obviously after this.
Phew, now got Pixel 5, Pixel 6 Pro & Samsung Tab 6 added, still to do my wife's iPhone & ipad.
Problem installing Norton on Amazon Fire Android tablet.
1 Uninstalled BT anti virus (Mcafee).
2 Downloaded and installed BT Norton
3 App icon show Mcafee!
4 Opened app
5 Selected “Get your BT Activation Code
6 Entered BT ID and P/W
7 Trouble connecting to network
There is nothing wrong with the network
Not sure where to go from here.
Has anyone else tried to put BT Norton on Android?
