Interleaving request

Does interleaving need a SFI engineer to attend to be able to turn off on a ADSL line?

 

I have had it done by support previously?

 

my latency has increased dramatically since open reach attended on Tuesday

Do you have adsl or vdsl?

Can you post hub/router stats please

Have you been having problems with your router dropping Internet  connection?  Often?

ADSL 

latency has gone up to 38ms 

from 15ms since engineer came out Tuesday because of drop outs

@ETcantohonehome thanks for posting, after the repair the engineer most probably reset DLM which has, in turn, turned on interleaving whilst it's in the stabilisation period. It will more than likely turn off again after a few weeks but if you send us over your details we'll be happy to help.
