It was a BT Value team member I spoke with on the phone. I would like to make sure the feedback actually goes somewhere. It is strange there is no facility to provide this .
I've asked a passing mod to look and make contact with you, they are the only BT employees on the forum.
Normally you would get a 'Voice of the Customer' survey sent after contacting BT, that's used for feedback, however as you took the time to join the forum they clearly impressed you.
